These terms describe general conditions for using moonESCROW. Users should review the specific terms shown for each transaction before accepting or making payment.

Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting their login credentials and using their account only for lawful transactions.

Trade terms

Transaction participants are responsible for reviewing the item or service description, amount, currency, delivery conditions, fees and other trade-specific information before acceptance.

Payments

Users should follow only the payment instructions currently presented through the applicable moonESCROW transaction workflow. Expired or superseded payment instructions should not be used.

Disputes

When a transaction enters dispute review, relevant transaction records and submitted evidence may be considered as part of the review process.

Prohibited use

moonESCROW must not be used for unlawful transactions, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or activity intended to mislead another user.
